strike-thru(doesn't work in Chrome; jumps to address bar for some reason) - alt 1 - header-1
- alt 2 - header-2

- alt 8 - same level header as current section header
- alt 9 - next lower header as current section header (if section is under H4 then this will format H5)
- alt 0 - next higher header as current section header (if section is under H4 then this will format H3)
